Featured Product: JMT Cream Blades

Precision engineered with special self lubricating characteristics, JMT cream doctor blades will significantly reduce wear and scoring to your anilox roll. Their self-aligning profiles require less pressure to ensure an even ink film across the entire roller. Less pressure means reduced wear to blade and end seals, increasing operational life for every chamber set-up at high and low press speeds. The result, improved condition of your anilox rolls, less money spent on roller, blade and seal replacement and a safer working environment for your crew.
Our cream polyester blades have the spring characteristics of steel with out the dangers and abrasiveness.
The polyester blade range offers the same spring characteristics as steel & an excellent doctoring action. With a superior .040” thickness, the blade has excellent rigidity and offers a superior doctoring performance. It is normally used as a replacement for an .008” steel blade. The blade lasts longer than steel, causes significantly less wear and scoring to rollers and will be significantly safer for your press operators to use.
Our cream blades are manufactured from materials sourced for their molecular orientation. It is this orientation that gives our blades their inherent strength and the same spring characteristics of steel without the dangers and abrasiveness.
